| okay. so im not playing but im following current news and the latest patch notes game mea fucking eart attack!
Evelynn
* Hate Spike missile speed increased * Shadow Walk now applies a 3 second 30/35/40/45/50% slow instead of a stun * Malice and Spite o Passive heal reduced to 150/225/300 from 350/500/650 o Attack speed bonus reduced to 25/50/75% from 50/75/100%
Thanks Riot for nerfing the most UP champion to oblivion, now its not useless, its now considered and only-for-trolling char. Fuck you, seriously. Fuck you. Fuck you and all your friends and realtives.
I'm not playing this game until they correct this mistake. Hope it will be before September. | |

| I don't have time to read it all atm, but the evelynn nerf is really brutal as her stun is vital in a fight, and it lowers the momentum of surprice considering the stun didn't give the enemies enough time to react and retaliate on eve if she was to attack in stealthmode. I find it balancing though, as it could be difficult to deal with in a 1v1 situation as eve would always get more damage on you than you would on her the first few seconds. Usually gave eve an advantage in a fight.
Overall, i really like this patch.
Annie
Fixed a bug where Molten Shield wouldn't trigger if the damage was shielded (they fix many buggy behaviours in connection with shields this is one of these)
Blitzcrank
When Blitzcrank grabs a champion with Rocket Grab, he will now attempt to attack them as well (fixing random attacks on minions after grabbing champs)
Cho'Gath
Feast will now correctly show a particle on an enemy target when they can be killed by it (want to see that it means you can visually see if feast deals enough damage to kill them)
Evelynn
Hate Spike missile speed increased (doesnt matter) Shadow Walk now applies a 3 second 30/35/40/45/50% slow instead of a stun (wouldnt be too bad as it is a 3 sec slow, but it still takes the stun away) Malice and Spite Passive heal reduced to 150/225/300 from 350/500/650 (super nerf right here, that was the key to many eve builds (mine.....)) Attack speed bonus reduced to 25/50/75% from 50/75/100% (see above, i deem evelynn will be useless as of now)
Fiddlesticks
Drain Range increased to 475 to 450 (will help him quite a bit, as his range on many abilities is really low) Heal is no longer reduced if the damage is shielded Dark Wind damage increased to 65/90/115/140/165 from 65/85/105/125/145 (the new darkwind was strong already, this lets me consider skilling it over his drain and fear) Crowstorm Ability power ratio increased to .45 from .4 (meh doesnt matter much) Channel duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2 (superb. this makes him be able to channel his ult while the enemies see him without being interrupted. superb)
Galio
Idol of Durand will now correctly increase its damage when the damage taken is shielded
Gangplank
Grog-Soaked Blade No longer reduces healing and regeneration, but now slows movement speed by 7% (interesting change, removes him being hardcounter to anyone healing (MUNDO!) nut also adds something for him going melee) Now stacks up to 5 times, but duration reduced to 3 seconds from 10 (if the stacking of it also stacks the damage, then overall this is a good buff) Damage changed to 4-21 from 5-19 (see above) Parrrley Fixed a bug where Parrrley could sometimes restore gold to other players (bugfixes ftw) Now applies Grog-Soaked Blade (this in connection with the new slowing passive makes him a super chaser with 400-500 base ms , a 35% slow permanent, and a cc removal skill) Raise Morale duration increased to 7 from 6 (good ) Cannon Barrage damage increased to 75/120/165 from 65/110/155 (lol for real? the ulti already did SOOOO much damage)
Garen
Recuperate Fixed a bug where Recuperate could sometimes activate immediately after taking damage (this was annoying actually nice fix) Now marks Garen as being in combat even if the damage is shielded Now shows the particle on Garen even if at 100% health
Heimerdinger
Fixed a bug where his turrets would not assist him if damage from an enemy champion was shielded H-28G Evolution Turret mana cost reduced to 70/80/90/100/110 from 120/125/130/135/140 (wow for real? awesome buff, makes him able to sustain his turrets while spamming rockets :O)
Irelia
Transcendent Blades Now heals Irelia based on the actual damage dealt (instead of a % of the raw damage dealt), but the heal is not reduced if the damage is shielded Heal versus Champions increased to 25% from 20% (this overall makes her healing vs minions a bit weaker yet again, but her vs champ heal skills should remain about the same -> nerf)
Janna
Tailwind now deactivates while dead (tiny nerf, doesnt really weaken her)
Jarvan IV
Demacian Standard Armor reduced to 10/13/16/19/22 from 10/14/18/22/26 Attack speed reduced to 10/13/16/19/22% from 10/14/18/22/26% (not that much of a nerf, he just loses a tiny bit of supportive ability actually) Martial Cadence damage reduced to 8% from 10% (this is more severe,reducing his battle opening burst damage by quite a bit)
Jax
Leap Strike attack damage ratio reduced to 0.7 from 1 (well a little nerf, making his w-q combo a little bit less potent)
LeBlanc
Fixed a bug where Leblanc's clone would be permanently disabled if disabled when it spawns (bugfix)
Kassadin
Nether Blade Passive mana restore increased at earlier ranks to 8/11/14/17/20 from 4/8/12/16/20 Active changed to 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.15 ability power) bonus magic damage dealt on hit instead of 7/15/25/38/50 armor penetration (these changes make it actually worth getting the w outside of pushing his slow stack count. with the quite big damage, an as / ap hybrid might be interesting, ala malady nashors into ap)
Malzahar
Null Zone Damage reduced to 4/5/6/7/8% from 5/6/7/8/9% Ability power ratio reduced to 1% per 100 ability power from 1% per 80 ability power (2 much needed damage nerfs, the puddle destroyed teamfights) Cooldown reduced to 14 seconds from 16 (to make up for the nerfs, makes him stronger vs baron / dragon(hardcapped damage but more often)) Nether Grasp's ability power ratio reduced to 1.3 from 1.5 (same as above, much needed)
Miss Fortune
Damage that is absorbed by a shield now properly removes Strut
Mordekaiser
Iron Man's shield generation is no longer reduced if the damage done is shielded Fixed a bug where Children of the Grave could steal enemy passive abilities permanently (that was a funny bug happening with for eample twisted fates passive)
Morgana
Black Shield magic damage absorbed adjusted to 95/160/225/290/355 from 100/150/200/250/300 (making her supportive side stronger, i like it)
Nidalee
Javelin Toss and Bushwhack will no longer target the wrong location when cast immediately after transforming back to human form (YESYESYESYES finally the needed bug fixes <3)
Nunu
Consume damage reduced at earlier ranks to 400/525/650/775/900 from 500/600/700/800/900 (this may actually make his initial jungling harder , maybe even impossible to start with blue if you have no runes / masteries. and if he wants to counterjunglee effectively he now has to put more than 1 or 2 points into it, putting him back into a good place) Ice Blast slow reduced at earlier ranks to 20/30/40/50/60% from 40/45/50/55/60% (good: nunu ganks were inescapable without using summoners)
Orianna
Clockwork Windup Fixed a display error on the tooltip. Fixed a bug which was causing Clockwork Windup to add less damage than intended Fixed a bug with Command: Protect that was causing the shield particle to not display Fixed several interactions with clones or unusual movement types (bugfixes + the restoration of the shield visual nice)
Poppy
When Poppy Heroic charges a champion, she will now attempt to attack the target immediately afterward (same as blitzcrank)
Rammus
Fixed a bug where Defensive Ball Curl had an ability power ratio (lol?)
Renekton
Cull the Meek's heal is no longer reduced if the damage is shielded Fixed a bug where damage absorbed by a shield wouldn't mark Renekton as in combat
Rumble
The Equalizer Burning damage reduced to 100/140/180 from 120/160/200 Burning damage ability power ratio reduced to .2 from .25 Cooldown increased to 105/90/75 from 90/75/60
(good nerfs to him, as his ultimate did much too much, he still will be really strong)
Shaco
Hallucinate clone now correctly benefits from critical strikes Fixed the dance animation to loop properly (bugfixes)
Sion
Cannibalism is no longer reduced if the damage is shielded
Sona
Fixed a bug where shields and Ignite could sometimes cause her spell sounds to get cut off early
Swain
Ravenous Flock now heals Swain for 50% of the actual damage he deals (instead of 50% of the raw damage he deals), but the heal is not reduced if the damage is shielded (same as with irelia, this actually will reduce his healing by quite a bit)
Teemo
Move Quick is now removed even if the damage is shielded (didnt matter in anyway noone will ever be able to damage teemo HUEHUE)
Tristana
Fixed a bug where Rocket Jump's cooldown reset could fail if Tristana's damage output was fully absorbed by a shield
Tryndamere
Fixed a bug where Undying Rage improperly showed "Endless Rage!" to represent damage being prevented (lolol this is the tryndamere remake :O)
Twisted Fate
Blue Card mana restore is no longer reduced if the damage is shielded Loaded Dice now deactivates while Twisted Fate is dead (same with janna) Fixed a bug with Gate where activating Zhonya's Hourglass during the channel time would not interrupt it (bugfixes, but this one was actually abuseable)
Udyr
Mana cost of shifting decreased to 55/50/45/40/35 from 75/65/55/45/35 (huge buffs to his jungling, making his jungling easier and more sustained without a blue buff) Turtle Stance now heals Udyr based upon the actual damage dealt (instead of the raw damage dealt), but the heal is not reduced if the damage is shielded Phoenix stance's activation damage increased to 15/25/35/45/55 from 10/18/26/34/42 (big buffs to his phoenix build overall good buffs )
Urgot
Fixed a bug with Terror Capacitor where when attacking a champion, it was slowing for less than the tooltip stated Fixed a bug with Terror Capacitor where when using Acid Hunter with Terror Capacitor, it was slowing based upon Acid Hunter's rank rather than Terror Capacitor (but for the correct 20/25/30/35/40%) (just a few bugfixes )
Vayne
Silver-Tipped Bolts will no longer interact with spell shields (thats nice, will help her a bit vs the inc nerfs) Tumble bonus damage reduced to 40/45/50/55/60% from 55/60/65/70/75% (this makes her trinity force into ad build weaker and her early damage output in general) Final Hour Movement speed bonus now triples instead of quadruples Attack damage reduced to 25/40/55 from 35/55/75 (huge nerfs on ultimate, although it still gives you another pair of boots and a bf sword for free) Condemn damage reduced to 45/80/115/150/185 from 50/90/130/170/210 (this makes the skill more useful for the stun instead of a bit of extra damage) (overall good nerfs to her will see how she plays out, the true damage passive never was the op thing on her)
Vladimir
Transfusion Cooldown adjusted to 12/10/8/6/4 from 12/10/8/6/3 (good ) Damage adjusted to 90/125/160/195/230 from 70/115/160/205/250 (good , nerfs to his q and a buff to his lacking early early game -> still may need nerfs to w and r)
Warwick
Hungering Strike's heal is no longer reduced if the damage is shielded
Xin'Zhao
Crescent Sweep Percent health damage reduced to 15% from 20% Bonus armor and magic resist per champion hit reduced to 5/8/11 from 7/10/13 (i think these changes dont matter, his e->q ->w ->q combo is what makes him unkillable in a 1v1 situation and in lane)
Items
Boots of Mobility will now mark you in combat for receiving/dealing any damage, even if it is shielded Fixed a bug where Spirit Visage was granting too much bonus regeneration Philosopher's Stone health regen per 5 reduced to 18 from 22.5 and mana regen per 5 reduced to 8 from 10 (still a super item to get, but this actually makes the upgrade into eleisas more worth it.) Eleisa's Miracle cost increased to 500 from 400 (to prevent the little +40 gold thing by upgrading and then selling + for the increased stat change) Quicksilver Sash cooldown decreased to 90 from 105 (good vs all the suppresion nowadays) Hextech Revolver spell vamp reduced to 15% from 20% (hm. this may turn out to switch the meta game, as dual ap often based on this. interesting change, making the revolver even weaker again, will still be worth it) The gold per 10 component of Philosopher's Stone, Heart of Gold, Kage's Lucky Pick, and Avarice Blade is now unique to itself (good, since i think the tactic of stacking 3 philos or more etc. was never really good. i like to get one or maybe 2 if i have mana problems but outside of that really good)
General
Fixed a bug where minions were playing their particles multiple times when attacking (i liked that bug) Updated tooltips for many Champions (..) Lifesteal and spell vamp are no longer reduced if the damage done is shielded Healing reductions now reduce lifesteal and spell vamp(i thought it already did? :O) Spirit Visage now increases your lifesteal and spell vamp (i thought it already did?) Maximum gold for killing a player on a long kill streak reduced to 500 gold from 1000 Minimum gold for killing a player on a long death streak reduced to 15 gold from 90 gold (these gold changes are good in 2 ways. first vs intentional feeders, 15 gold is nothing. and the max gold of 500 will demote the passive play when on a long killing streak, but also will remove the comeback chances of the losing team. overall good i think (since im often legendary ))
Gold rewards for kills where the target is on a 3 kill or 3 death streak or less should give comparable amounts or even more gold than before (thats good)
Experience granted for kills is now determined by the dying champion's level. Killing champions higher level than you will now grant more experience while killing champions lower level than you will now grant less experience. Killing equal level champions is unaffected good for comebacks + this actually increases the worthiness of kills by a big amount)
Wards and spawned minions that don't attack are no longer targetable/manipulated by spells (except Summoner Teleport). This means, for example, that wards will no longer be able to block Rammus' Powerball, Mushrooms will not block skillshots, and Jax is no longer able to Leapstrike onto a ward (indirect nerf to jax and leesin, and the place mushroom to get away from blitzcrank grab is removed dislike it ) | |

| Well , this patch is the DEATH of AD eve , AP will still be viable tho. But the AD Eve was rly dependent on the stun and the ultimate atack speed , now that the atack speed ult is nerfed i just dont see the point of AD eve anymore , maybe a hibrid. Btw wakka why arent u playing anymore ? Internet or PC problems ? or twink account ? | |

| They just changed the whole game again then you wonder how ppl still remain so noobish... how can they not? they learn one thing and after a month you change it all... wtf with the shields not working against/prop to passives? since the dmg was absorbed why should for example miss fortune lose her movement speed bonus? Just because there was an attempt to dmg her? Irelia is buffed... Champs on ignite do lowers dmg and heal from drain spells "from now on"... NO SHIT, i know this almost from the start and already used it many times especially against fiddlesticks even before he was nerfed and tear him apart, so its not something new it just used to be a pro knowledge I have more but bored to say right now. | |

Eve has longer stealth, doesnt matter since both stealths are on low cd and not so costly. Shaco has crit on stealth, Eve has slow. Shaco has map control nuke, although tleport has been nerfed so no more tele boxes, but still 100x more viable than eve q... Shaco has a SLOWING nuke, Eve reduces armor and magic res but AD EVE IS NOT VIABLE!!! so yep, another attempt to revive ap eve? by nerfing the AD... lmao. Shaco has a fucking OP ult, it dodges Ashe ulti, even Karthus ulti, can be usable to tank dragon /baron early, can be used to escape.. everything. While Eve ulti can be used to um, walk faster? And heals fucking 150 dmg on level 6 while Eve has at least 1.2k hp... ridiculous, now even GA is useless on eve since she can get less assists now= less HP after GA. Passive: basically Shaco has a great one, godd increase in damage, making him a viable AD carry. Eve.. dude... half damage from minions wtf... not even jungle. So yep, ALL of Shaco skills (and base stats) are BETTER than Eve's. AND SHACO IS NOT EVEN OP GODDAMNIT. btw check my topic, where i describe why i cant play. | |

| now that i thought it over, well i changed my mind, the slow is actually a buff since it has longer time, level 1 3 sec hm... so maybe she can be viable as a hybrid carry, like Kayle or Nid. | |

rageblade Mejais Lichbane Rabadons Gunblade/Rylais/Bloodthirster/IE/ umm that armor piercing shit that builds from avarice blade and brutalizer... depending on enemy
and sorc boots, later swapped by phantom dancer if i have IE.
Maybe early hextech revolver. AND sheen cuz of mana, so i can go full ap/lvl runes while starting with blue crystal. so sheen+ht revolver gets me like 160 AP on level 12-15. which is good imo. But needs a soraka and good farming, maybe solo top against passive tanks like Shen but idk. | |
